This is a great opportunity to work as a Graduate Dev Ops Engineer in a dynamic team responsible for building the high-quality Sage products.
The role
You will be required to contribute to building, enhancing, and maintaining software solutions to enable Sage’s business plans and long-term objectives using the identified architecture. You will also be involved in the selection, set-up and maintenance of CI/CD tooling or writing and maintaining bespoke build/deploy scripts.

You’ll also be involved in
- Designing, implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and efficient software delivery.
- Collaborating with development, QA, and operations teams to automate and optimize our infrastructure.
- Developing and maintaining documentation for systems and processes.
- Keeping up to date with relevant technology areas and participating in your learning sessions.
What are we looking for?
You’ll need to be a Graduate, and whilst we’re open to different degree disciplines, these roles are ideal for Computer Science graduates (or similar). Any experience within DevOps would be advantageous.
Alongside this, you’ll also be:
- Able to demonstrate a passion for tech, with skills to match.
- A keen eye for detail and an inquisitive mind to help problem solve.
- You’ll be resilient and determined, able to work in a fast paced, changing environment.
- As part of a global business, you’ll be an effective communicator, able to collaborate with people from across the world.
These roles are based in Winnersh. You’ll be in the office at least 3 days a week so will need to live in (or be willing to relocate to) an easily commutable distance.
